Why not try street-food izakaya snacks such as horumon udon
(noodles in a broth with offal), Hiruzen-style yakisoba (fried noodles),
ebi meshi (shrimp rice),ordemikatsudon
(pork cutlet on rice with demi-glace sauce)?
With its old-world ways, the futon is the preferred bedding at a ryokan (traditional inn).
At a hot-spring ryokan, this is your chance to swap your ordinary morning shower
for a refreshing dip in the hot spring—we strongly recommend it! Try it out,
and you’ll be refreshed for the whole day!
Feel free to have your breakfast anytime between 7:00 and 9:00am.
After breakfast, relax in your room until 10 a.m.
The hot spring is available until 10:00a.m.
